Hub (3 versions)
What do you need for a complete AJAX alarm system?

It starts with the base, called the Hub. (You always need this one)
There are, as you have been able to read, three versions of the Hub with different possibilities.
AJAX Hub / Hub Plus / Hub 2
The AJAX Hub is the brain of the AJAX system.
Take these characteristics into account when choosing the Hub:
- Standard Hub: 100 Products linkable
- Hub Plus: 150 Products linkable
- Hub 2: 100 Products linkable and suitable for image transfer via "wings" protocol. (Required when using MotionCAM and other products with built-in camera.)
The Hub is the brain of the Alarm System
When choosing the right Hub, it is important to know the following:
- Standard Hub: max. 100 products
- Hub Plus: max. 150 products
- Hub 2: max. 100 products
Suitable for image transfer via "wings" protocol. (Necessary when using MotionCAM and other products with built-in camera)
The default Hub is the most commonly selected Hub. Only if the MotionCAM is wanted, the Hub 2 is chosen because only this one supports the MotionCAM. Then you can decide which detectors you want to pair wirelessly on the Hub.
There are motion detectors for both indoor and outdoor installation, and there are detectors that detect a certain sound, such as glass ringing. In addition, there are door contacts, smoke detectors, moisture detectors, sirens for both indoors and outdoors, and more and more smart home products are being added such as smart wall switches and power plugs. The system can be operated with the remote controls or keypads supplied by AJAX. The complete installation and operation is done via your smartphone.

AJAX alarm systems can now also be used in motorhomes, caravans and other locations where only 12 volts are available.
Thanks to an adjustment option in the AJAX Hub, it can be used on a voltage between 8 ~ 20 volts direct current.

- Thanks to the built-in AJAX Transmitter, this Sopras outdoor motion detector also works on the AJAX alarm system. Price includes AJAX Transmitter.

- Optex brand, but can be integrated with AJAX Transmitter (pre-installed).
- Operates on 3x CR123A batteries
Optex WXS-RDAM-X5
Passive infrared motion detector
- Only in the white version
- Can be used indoors, but especially for large outdoor areas
- 4 PIR sensors, pets up to 80 cm are not detected
- Detection range 180 degrees horizontal
- Detects movement up to 12 metres, i.e. at 180 degrees wide over a total width of 24 metres
- The radar sensor and the heat sensor compare their observations to rule out a false alarm
- Battery life: up to 3 years
- Optex brand, but can be integrated with AJAX Transmitter (pre-installed).
- Operates on 3x CR123A batteries
